The Owner reserves the right to remove any comments that violate current legislation, that are harmful to the rights or interests of third parties, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

Access Requirements

Access to courses and training content through iGEO Academy is strictly limited to natural persons who have been duly authorised by the client company that has contracted the services with INTIME DESARROLLOS INFORMÁTICOS SL.

The authorised user must be at least 18 years of age.

The client company assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the users to whom it provides credentials comply with this age requirement and with all the terms of use established in this Legal Notice. INTIME will not be responsible for the individual verification of the age of end users authorised by the client.

Security Measures

The personal data you provide to the Owner may be stored in automated or non-automated databases owned exclusively by the Owner, who adopts all technical, organisational and security measures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein, in accordance with current data protection regulations, GDPR 679/2019.
