Clause on the Duration of Access to Training Content

Access to courses and training content through iGEO Academy is limited to the duration established in the contract signed with INTIME or to the start and end dates of each course published on the website. Once this period has elapsed, the right of access automatically expires and cannot be requested to be reactivated, either by the client or by the Owner.

Comments

The Owner reserves the right to remove any comments that violate current legislation, that are harmful to the rights or interests of third parties, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

The Owner is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the comments system, social networks, blog or other participation tools, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Access Requirements

Access to courses and training content through iGEO Academy is strictly limited to natural persons who have been duly authorised by the client company that has contracted the services with INTIME DESARROLLOS INFORMÁTICOS SL.

The authorised user must be at least 18 years of age.

The client company assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the users to whom it provides credentials comply with this age requirement and with all the terms of use established in this Legal Notice. INTIME will not be responsible for the individual verification of the age of end users authorised by the client.

Security Measures

The personal data you provide to the Owner may be stored in automated or non-automated databases owned exclusively by the Owner, who adopts all technical, organisational and security measures that ensure the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information contained therein, in accordance with current data protection regulations, GDPR 679/2019.

However, you should be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not completely reliable and, therefore, the Owner cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in the User’s computer systems (software and hardware) or in their electronic documents and files, even though the Owner uses all necessary means and adopts the appropriate security measures to avoid the presence of such harmful elements.
